QUESTIONS THAT ARE FREQUENTLY ASKED BY NEW TENANTS
Below are just a few of the questions that are frequently asked by our new tenants.
Q: What is required to see your properties listed on line?
You can call our office at 623.748.7800 and we will schedule a showing at the property. We always meet you there to answer any questions you might have.
Q: What is included in a complete application?
In addition to completely filling out the application, we will need a copy of your Drivers License, Social Security Card, last 2 pay stubs and the $50 application fee.
Q: What is required to move into one of you proeprties?
Once you have selected which of our residences you like best, you would submit the application and application fee to our leasing agent or office. We will verify income, call your rental references and do a credit and criminal back ground check. Once you have been approved, we will schedule you for a lease signing.
Q: What if my credit is not the greatest, or I have a DUI?
In most cases we are understanding of past mistakes. Please let us know up front so we have an idea of what situations may exist. Depending on the nature of any past issues, we can probably still work with you.
Q: How much is the Deposit required?
The deposit is usually equal to 1 month of rent. In all cases a portion of this deposit is a non-refundable administrative fee.
Q: How quickly can I move in?
Usually as soon as needed. This has happened within 24 hours, or at the beginning of the next month. We will work with your situation as much as possible.
Q: Do you accept Section 8 and other voucher programs?
Yes, but not all homes participate in the programs. Please call or email with questions about specific properties.
Q: Can I bring my dog or cat?
That depends on the property. If you have specific questions that are not specifically mentioned on the listing for the house you like, please call the office for more information.
